A major low pressure system from the Great Lakes will affect the province of Quebec on Thursday and Friday. This system will bring heavy rain and strong winds. Total rainfall amounts could exceed 50 millimetres and winds may reach up to 90 kilometres per hour. Heavy rain may cause flash floods and ponding on roads. Please put away or secure any objects that could be damaged or moved by the wind.
